On the Tutor profile page, go to section 3 · Weekly availability. Every change here takes effect immediately — no Zasu review needed.
Step 1
Choose the Day, the From – To times, then click + Add availability
Each range must be at least 60 minutes long, in 30-minute steps. Learners can book at any 30-minute mark within the range (19:00, 19:30…); each lesson takes 60 minutes: 50 minutes of teaching + a 10-minute break.
Your availability saves automatically when you add a row. Click ✕ at the end of a row to delete a range you're no longer free.
Step 2
Set the ⚙️ Booking rules, then click Save rules
Minimum booking notice: 1 hour to 2 days — learners can't book a lesson closer to the start than this (also applies to reschedule proposals). Choose longer if you need time to prepare.
Max per day: caps how many lessons you take in one day, so your schedule doesn't fill up completely.
Step 3
Going away: add 🌴 Time off, then click + Add time off
Choose Away from – Through, and add a note if you like. Each range can be up to 90 days. During time off, learners can't book new lessons.
1-on-1 lessons booked before then are not cancelled automatically — the time-off row will say “n lessons booked in this period”, and you need to reschedule or cancel them yourself (see Cancel or reschedule a lesson). Group class sessions during time off are cancelled automatically, with no fault, if you set the time off at least 8 hours ahead.
Step 4
Review the whole week in 📅 Weekly calendar
From the Tutor hub, click 📅 Weekly calendar: green cells are availability, navy cells are booked lessons (click to open the lesson). Click Edit availability to go back to section 3.
