When money reaches your wallet
- Learners pay when they book / buy a pack; Zasu holds that money until the lesson is settled.
- Lessons are settled automatically based on classroom attendance, 24 hours after the lesson ends (or sooner if the learner confirms completion). You get a “✅ … the payment is now in your wallet” notification.
- You receive 85% of the fee for regular lessons (Zasu keeps 15%); for paid trial lessons Zasu keeps 50%; free 15-minute trials carry no fee. If the learner does not show up but you do, you receive 70%.
- Lessons from a pack: paid out at the pack's per-lesson price (including any pack discount), minus commission.
Withdrawing
Step 1
In the Tutor hub, in the Wallet balance (withdrawable) card: fill in your Bank account for payouts
Choose the Bank, enter the Account number (6–20 digits) and Account holder (no diacritics) — automatically converted to UPPERCASE WITHOUT DIACRITICS, the standard for bank transfers. Enter it once; it is filled in automatically next time.
The account must be in your name. Each withdrawal request stores the account details at the time it is created, so changing your account later does not affect earlier requests.
Step 2
Enter the amount, press Withdraw
You can create a request once your balance reaches 500,000 ₫; each request is at least 100,000 ₫; only one request can be pending at a time. Below the threshold, the wallet card shows how much more you need.
The money is deducted from your wallet immediately and you get a “📝 Withdrawal request received…” notification.
Step 3
Track it in the Withdrawal requests table
Zasu makes the transfer within about 7–10 business days. Status: Awaiting transfer → Paid (you get “💸 Your withdrawal has been transferred”). If a request is declined, the money returns to your wallet.
