📚Add subjects, programs & pricing

On the Tutor profile page, scroll down to section 2 · Programs you teach. Each tutor can teach up to 2 subjects; within each subject you can add as many programs as you like.

   Step 1

   In the + Add a subject box: pick a Subject, enter the Base rate / 50' lesson and the 50' trial rate, then click Add subject

   You can type in the Subject box to search: without accents, in English, by a common name or by program name all work (e.g. typing “IELTS” finds English). Before you type, the top of the list shows the ⭐ Popular group — the subjects the most tutors teach.

   The base rate is 30,000₫ to 5,000,000₫ per 50-minute lesson. The trial rate must be lower than the base rate (Zasu keeps 50% of paid trial lessons and 15% of regular lessons).

   Step 2

   Click + Add a specialty, tick the programs you teach, then click + Add n selected

   New programs are awaiting admin review — not visible to learners yet. Programs labelled 📜 certificate required are only approved once you've uploaded a matching certificate in section 1.5.

   Experts: the button reads + Add a consulting field.

   Step 3

   Click Edit on each program to set its own price, learners, levels and description — then Save specialty

   Tick Set a separate price for this specialty if that program costs more / less than the base rate (e.g. IELTS higher than Conversation).

   Learners you accept, Starting levels you accept (or Target scores you prepare for for exam prep) and Coursebooks you know well help the right learners find you.

   Price, learners, levels and coursebooks take effect immediately. The short description (up to 300 characters) needs Zasu's review.

Can't find the subject / program you teach

Click 💡 Can't find your subject? Suggest a new subject (below the Add a subject box) or 💡 Can't find your programme? Suggest a new programme (below each subject), fill in the name, group and description, then click Send suggestion. Reasonable suggestions are usually approved within 7 days — once Zasu has added it, you'll be notified so you can go in and add the subject / program.
